Pengevis

Private pilot terms

What am I agreeing to?

Pengevis is an owner-operated, non-commercial read-only budgeting viewer. It presents bank evidence together with owner-authored categories, budgets, transaction decisions, and merchant rules. It provides no payment service, financial advice, or guarantee of availability or accuracy.

Permitted use

The application is for its sole owner’s private, non-commercial use with accounts the owner explicitly links. Access is limited to account information. Payment initiation, money movement, payees, transfers, and use by another person are prohibited.

Owner authorization

The owner personally reviews Enable Banking and DNB information, chooses accounts, and completes BankID in the bank’s own flow. Authorization may be revoked at any time. Pengevis must stop when consent, session, credential, application posture, or server-side activation is missing or invalid.

No advice or authoritative statement

Pengevis may be incomplete or unavailable. Displayed information must be checked against the bank before making decisions. Nothing in the application is financial, tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice, and it does not replace DNB’s records.

Third-party terms and cost

Enable Banking and DNB apply their own terms and privacy notices. Pengevis itself charges no fee. The owner pays usage-based Firebase Blaze and Google Cloud charges for hosting, storage, backups, and related managed services. Usage and billing controls remain the owner's responsibility.

Ending the connection

The owner may stop new bank access by revoking consent and removing the provider session and credentials. That does not automatically delete banking data already stored in Firestore. Export and Delete financial history are separate Settings controls requiring recent authentication; deletion also requires a deletion-specific, short-lived, single-use authority and explicit confirmation. A completed deletion revokes owner sessions and removes financial source and owner-derived history, but preserves the Firebase user and immutable owner binding. A best-effort Monday weekly backup is configured and retained for four weeks. The owner has explicitly accepted this disposable pilot without waiting for a successful backup or restore drill. Imported transactions, budgets, categories, settings, and connection state may be lost permanently and may not be recoverable. Managed backups may retain deleted data until the applicable backup expires. No backup or recovery guarantee is made.
